Below are listed all the people who I assume to be drivers, as well information on departure/return times, people currently in their cars, etc. This is what I need from each of you:

Drivers: Let me know if I've listed you incorrectly as a driver, if I've listed an incorrect number of slots in your car (remember you need space for bags), what days and times you plan to leave for Tahoe and leave from Tahoe, if there are people who you know are going to be riding in your car, and where passengers should meet you (or if you'll be picking them up). (And a big thank you for driving!)

Non-drivers: Let me know if you can actually drive (in case one of the current drivers backs out). If you have a preferred driver, please talk to him to get in his car and then tell me that you’ve done so. If you don’t care who you go with, just send me an e-mail with your preferred/possible departure and return times (plus any other notes) and I’ll stick you somewhere.

Lilly/Jianbo: Let me know when you'll be flying in to Reno.

• Sleeping Bag/Pillow (except for drivers; if you get cold easily, you may want to consider bringing an extra blanket)
• Snow gear (gloves, scarf, snow pants, jacket, hat, etc.)

• Games/Fun stuff (stuff we already have covered: 1 Wii, somebody should bring Rock Band if at all possible!!!)
• Camera/Film/Charger
• Money/Wallet/Purse
• Cell phone charger
• Maps (for drivers)
• Umbrella
• Earplugs (just in case you're a light sleeper!)
• Swimsuit (for the hot tub)
• You probably don't need to bring food, as that will mostly be covered. (We'll try to accommodate special dietary needs as well!)
• We don't need any TVs; there should be at least a couple in the cabin already.
